- In order to keep the introductory rates on the Platinum Edition® Visa® Card, you must make payments when due, stay within your credit limit, and be sure payments are not dishonored for any reason. Please note that these introductory rates do not apply to cash advances. A balance transfer fee of 5% applies to each balance transfer you make with this offer (minimum $10). Payments on your account may be applied in the order we select, subject to applicable law. We reserve the right to change the account terms should your credit profile change or for other reasons described in the enclosed Summary of Credit Terms.
