We are committed to reaching our goals to help strengthen the communities we serve, but cannot do so alone. First National Bank partners with key community organizations who are dedicated to improving one or more of our eight key focus areas. We provide these partners financial and human capital investments in the form of sponsorships, donations, grants, investments, general volunteerism and financial education.
Through sponsorships First National Bank is proud to support access to arts, culture, humanities, and athletics, as well as build community cohesion by sponsoring a wide range of events and celebrations that are important to our communities. If you are affiliated with an organization that focuses on building one of the eight core elements of a successful community and would like to apply for support from First National Bank, fill out the online application form.

Every First National Bank employee is encouraged to actively serve on community and non-profit boards, and volunteer for charitable events held throughout the year. Volunteering and board membership not only provides our employees with a rewarding chance to give back to our communities, but also provides them with the chance to experience something exciting, unique and culturally enriching that they might not otherwise have been able to experience. In 2015 alone, our employees volunteered over 25,000 hours of their time to support our communities.
First National partners with local employers, schools, and nonprofit organizations to deliver financial education services and tools throughout our communities. Our financial education courses are designed to improve financial literacy and understanding of the banking industry by teaching topics such as budgeting, investing, savings, credit, homeownership, and event small business development.
If you are affiliated with an employer, school or non-profit that could benefit from our financial education services, please email CommunityDevelopment@fnni.com.
